The HealthVault Application Configuration Center is available at https://config.healthvault-ppe.com and it is used to configure your HealthVault integrated application as well your HealthVault application and device directory listing in PPE environment. You can login to this tool with a HealthVault-PPE account and it will show you the list of Application IDs and Directory IDs for which you have admin rights.
