Application Walk-through

Please construct a screen-by-screen walk-through of key scenarios in your application where HealthVault is integrated.  For each screen, please include a description of any actions that a user can/must take on this screen, as well as a description of any processing logic within your application that occurs on this screen.  Microsoft PowerPoint or Microsoft Word are the preferred formats.  XPS and PDF are also acceptable formats.  Please include each of these scenarios in your walk-through:

  • New user sign-up, when the user has never used your application before and has never used HealthVault before.
  • Sign-up process for a user with an existing HealthVault account who has never used your application before.
  • (if applicable) Link/connect process for an existing user of your application who has not yet connected this application account with a HealthVault record.
    • Sub case for users with existing HealthVault accounts
    • Sub case for users without existing HealthVault accounts
  • Write data to HealthVault from your application.  Show how this data is surfaced in your application.  Show how this data is surfaced in other HealthVault applications, such as the HealthVault Account tool or Mayo Clinic Health Manager.  Do this for each type of data, or related set of types of data.
  • Create data in HealthVault using an application other than your own and show how that data gets displayed in your application. - the HealthVault Account tool lets you create certain types of data.  If you need assistance creating other types of data, please let me know.
  • Update or delete data from within your application.  Show that this change is also reflected in another HealthVault application.
  • Update or delete data from a HealthVault record using the HealthVault Account tool.  Show that this change is also reflected in your application.
